First thing I'm saying out loud, the meeting's got a "lead, stalk, finish" vibe. Winds are up a bit, so if someone throws away the start they'll pay for it in the last 200 like it's a toll road.

Race 1 sets the tone. It's a maiden, tempo's genuine, and the favourite has the map to be prominent. It'sall About Mary looks built for a straight run to the line, like a pub feed that arrives hot, right on time, no drama.
Then you hit Race 2, and it's that classic handicap story where one horse sits perfectly, takes the cover or runs honest early, and the finish comes down to whether the field scrambles. Ask Me Mate is the cleanest race idea on the card, he's the one I'd expect to be in the first few and staying there.
Race 4 is quick at 1100m and the inside rail is golden, so Don Pedro and Track Tale are the ones I want in my head when the bell goes. Race 5 is where the value game gets weird, because Ten Carat Lucy has the sort of profile where she can hit the line better than the price suggests.
What it means for you:
My game plan is simple, be aggressive where the races look "speed plus clarity", and protect yourself where the field's wide and chaos can steal a drum. That means: back the Big 3 winners, then lean into place when the race is set up for a clean run and everyone else is likely to be stuck searching for room.
